Port Captain/ Operation Superintendent/Alt DPA,CSO . As a Port Captain/Operations Superintendent at Genesis Marine Services, I oversee and coordinate the marine operations of the company's fleet of vessels, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. I also act as an alternate DPA and CSO, liaising with clients, authorities, and stakeholders on matters related to security, audits, and inspections.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies and a Master F.G Unlimited F.G certification issued by the Directorate General of Shipping. I also hold a DP unlimited certification issued by The Nautical Institute and a Maritime Internal Auditors Course in ISM / ISPS and MLC 2006 issued by the Indian Register of Shipping. With over 19 years of rich experience in the shipping industry, I have served in various operational roles in cargo, offshore oil, and offshore wind farm sectors, gaining expertise in navigation, cargo operations, shipboard management, risk assessment, incident investigation, and crew management. I have successfully handled complex and challenging projects involving big bubble curtain operations, noise mitigation and monitoring operations, trenching operations, and USBL pole survey. I am passionate about growing as a person and as a professional, sharing experiences and knowledge with my team, and operating and coordinating with multinational crew and client representatives. My goal is to contribute to the excellence and sustainability of the maritime industry.

• Part of Sea trials including Annual DP trials and successfully carried out 5 yearly DP FMEA trials.

• Reduced lost workdays and recordable incidents to less than 2 by implementing safety culture and stop work policy on board ships.

• As Port Captain/ Operation Superintendent focal point on the Mobilization of Construction vessel with 200 pax and A-14 Amplemann for North Oil company.
• As Port Captain/ Operation Superintendent Focal point in another DP2 AHTS for change over from Qatar Gas to North Oil company project.
• As Port Captain/ Operation Superintendent Planned for travel for take over of 3 new ship building projects in China.
• Clients- BSP under Shell Charter in Brunei- Platform support, Amplemann Gangway connection , critical platform lifts , Managing 200 shore workers/Technicians accommodation.
• Clients- Seaway Offshore Cables- Job scope involved coordination with OIM/ client representative and ROV technician team (Pharos) with the critical trenching and multi
  beam USBL pole survey.
• Clients- Ostad Noise mitigation project in the Yunlin wind farm for Taiwan job scope involved position keeping deploying of B.B.C , station keeping coordination with
  project team .
