Primary role as a Learning and Development manager was to emphasize on leadership development by ensuring that a company does not fall behind the latest in technology and innovative strategies.

Front ending the execution and enablement of training process workflow which talks about how to identify training using personal development plan and taking up the same training helping the team in doing the reporting for yearly performance management in an effective manner. Working on Developees (Qatari Fresher’s) quarterly reports which talks about what’s working for them, what’s not working for them a where can Learning and Development Team help them working on historical and present reports to know what trainings are attended by Nakilat employees and how many hours are invested on the same.
