As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, I have ensured timely access and entitlement of Thomson One and Eikon Products.
• Provides guidance for the team members and actively participates in all phases of the products enhancements, projects, and escalations.
• Act as a backup for the SME in decision making, strategic thinking, planning, motivating the specialists, taking ownership of the teams’ responsibilities. investigation, analysis, proposal of recommended solutions, and agreement on appropriate course of action
• Was looking after PA (Portfolio Analytics) process and handed over the process in September 2023 to H&F team by providing the training.
• Create and publish team dashboard weekly and monthly.
• Conduct Biweekly sessions on Continuous improvement plan and Project Management.
• Prepare team scorecard and SLA reports to identify trends and anomalies proactively and report this and ensure course correction as necessary.
• Pending Book Management - Review Pending Book regularly and ensure that all pending orders with OFS team are completed on time or reach out to relevant teams for completion.

• Processing orders (Quote to cash) received via Siebel and Salesforce and providing access to the Clients.
• Escalate all delays to internal groups as appropriate.
• Handles expedite requests and mentor new joiners.
• Work on priority reports
• SPOC for the respective process and was first point of contact from SWAT team.
• Was part of the ECP and was successfully promoted by end of PRP-4 as a senior specialist.
