(1) Organizational cleanup Project Details – Identification of a peculiar type of expense reports in the legacy tool EZ-X for Travel and expense management, which were left out to pile up with no initiation to clear or process these reports which involved an employee count of 867 employees and have successfully cleared these reports and charges related to the employees as well as the organization.

(3) Automating the letter generating process Project – This activity was initiated to help the generating the letters for 35 retrenchment employees, who where to be issues with redundancy letters followed by severance pay and deed of release. As there was a extreme time constraint for us to generate manually, this simple automation was implemented using mail merge.
