• Reconcile & process SWIFT messages with customer’s request
• Working as per Audit Compliance
• Maintenance of MIS and various types of registers like Error log, Invocation, BG stationary, Locker key register, RBI case register
• IDPMS – Checking and updating bill of entry in TRRACS system, other AD code transfer request, sending reminders to client for bill of entry submission
• EDPMS – Regular follow up with caution listen client for submission of export documents
• Meet with customers to discuss service needs and available solutions on pendency.

• Scrutinize & understand the submitted documents like LC, BG, Export/ Imports, etc
• Coordinate with customer for complete documentation
• Ensure error free capturing of data provided by customer into core system of bank
• Ensure maximum transactions are processed within Turn Around Time
• End to End processing of Trade Finance Products
• Maintenance of MIS
• Conducting preliminary scrutiny of documents
• Conducting inputting and scanning of documents within Trade stream system
• Inputting of transactions in Kraman Corporate system
• Raising of transactions for rates in Fx live system
• Conducting various types of follow-ups with client and business as per the product being handled
• Handover of documents to clients after conducting the necessary checks
• Generate all necessary reports for tracking, call back, outstanding etc
• Conduct filing of all reports, documents, for record maintenance purpose
• Conducting Training for child branches and client visit on monthly basis
• Daily activity of sending reminders to client for LC & BC due for payment
• Intimating Inward Remittance received to clients on daily basis and getting the same credit as per instructions received.
