· Response to Client queries.

· Handling On call Support 24*7.

· Skilled in Temenos T24, Arrangement Architecture, IRIS, Kubernetes, Postman, SQL Developer, WebLogic console, Splunk, GITHUB, Git bash, JIRA, Confluence, CyberArk and Bamboo.

· Possess strong written, verbal, communication and Interpersonal skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities. Co-ordination with onsite and offshore team, highly motivated, self-learner and team player.
