Country portal is primary interface for data exchange between Member States and WHO.Streamlined data collection requests by standardizing the tools and approval workflows, thereby reducing burden of data collection on Member States.

HAPT is tool used to gather data of health expenditure from countries ,Hospital or NGO. There are multiple ways to gather data like in the form of survey or secondary source. Perform study case on gather data by who member state.
