  • In charge of scheduling of shifts, as well as correct staffing for booked parties as large as 150 guests.
  • Promoted from servers to the Winner’s Circle, Host, and Front Desk department. Promoted to senior manager position as Kitchen Manager.
  • In charge of reviewing schedules for the store and posting each week.
  • Inventory of winner’s circle items and organization.
  • Managed kitchen operations and staff in a high-volume entertainment venue.
  • Maintained inventory levels and ordered supplies for daily operations.
