- Utilized tools such as Imaging Document Matrix and Enterprise Document Matrix for accurate document classification.
- Ensured timely batch closure to maintain proper documentation flow.
Validation Process:
- Reviewed and validated closed document batches in the Document Review Module.
- Verified key fields, including Person Number, EUID, Last Name, Result, and Classification Result.
- Used Quick Keys for efficient data entry, and HR Associate Lookup & IMT Tool for identity verification.
