Cloud Transformation Project, Acted as Product Owner for Fixed Assets and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Project Life Cycle Management processes, overseeing the transition from Oracle R12 to Oracle Fusion using Agile methodologies. Facilitated seamless data integrations and validations. Automated various processes as part of the Cloud Transformation, including the creation of Capital Projects, Leasehold Improvement Asset Lives, PP&E Rollforwards, and Project Closures.

Robotic Process Automation Project, Led a robotic process automation project, automating 81 journal entries using Blue Prism and macro tools, significantly enhancing process efficiency. 

Lease Accounting Process Implementation, Instrumental in setting up Lease Accounting processes in compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16 standards. 

Close Acceleration Project, Played a key role in the Close Acceleration project by revisiting cut-off timelines for select activities and proposing automation solutions. Adjusted reconciliation activities and timelines for specific accounting processes, resulting in significant time savings. Analysed and identified journals that could be posted based on estimates, thereby streamlining the process and reducing wait times for inputs.
