Sales and Aftermarket Sales – South Asia / Global Business Expansion
- Conceptualizing & implementing global sales, aftermarket, marketing
- Digital sales, and key account management strategies for acquiring & expanding business at international level; focusing on business growth and budgeting for the entire South Asia region
- Participating in forecasting & estimation of Sales & Aftermarket business; managing Key Support Function (KSM) for Global Account Management, Product Penetration and Group Quality Process
- Spearheading entire facets of activities for new global account development & retention, business expansion, long-term contract management, tender negotiation, revenue growth, competitive marketing strategies implementation & so on
- Revising & executing Enterprise-wide Sales, Marketing & e-Business Strategies for managing development, positioning and launch of new product portfolio; defining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for geographies, line of business and verticals for service offerings by using various marketing vehicles including seminars, trade events and digital marketing
- Defining & attaining quarterly & annual sales goals by implementing new sales plans for achieving present revenue and profitability targets while adhering to all ethical sales practices and required regulations
- Establishing account management practices including audits, targets, user groups and quarterly management visits leading to increased annual add-on sales Interacting with key decision-makers in target organisations to procure business & generate long-term revenue; understanding customer requirements to guide direction of company’s product offerings; negotiating & closing high value multi-year business deals
- Conducting comprehensive market & competitor analysis to identify competitor product / services values, pricing, customer attraction points and benchmarking with key focus on creating the strategies for market penetration
- Directing the team for running successful Sales Operations; developing & implementing team KPIs along with departmental procedures & service standards for business excellence
- Tracking & analyzing sales performance, reviewing essential reports such as employee performance health card, unit control reports and customers’ accounts and sharing the same with the top management.
