Virgin Media Ireland is Liberty Global's telecommunications operation in Ireland, offering broadband internet, digital television, and VoIP telephony to over one million customers. As part of an onsite initiative, the focus is to enhance customer-facing portals and internal service platforms, addressing performance, reliability, and feature enhancements for seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor the L2 support team on resolving application issues.
• Act as an escalation point for high priority incidents. Help team to triage and prioritize tickets
• Working on incident and alert management and resolution for assigned services.
• Oversee major incident response and coordinate with L3/Dev teams. Endure timely resolution of Incidents and Adherence to SLAs
• Provides regular updates to stakeholders on support metrics, issues, trends and weekly and monthly service review meetings with business and IT stakeholders.
• Mentor junior support engineers and onboard new team members. Ensure proper shift coverage, handover and ROTA planning.
• Participate in release planning and ops KTs to ensure team can continue support for applications and provide deployment support.

Liberty Global is a British-Dutch-American multinational telecommunications company which provides services like Voice, Internet, Digital TV, OTT services.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design Consultant for CRM development, Clarify AMDOCS CRM Developer, Bug Fixing, Build and Unit Testing, Requirement prioritization and Functional Document preparation
• Oversee the technical aspects of a software team by making architectural and design decisions, guiding team members in technical matters, and supervising system modifications
• Responsible for analyzing the client requirement with the architecture team and delivering the accurate solution to incorporate the same business logic in the software product
• Preparing the Low-Level design documents (Functional Design and Technical Design documents) for the requirements by understanding the HLSA and HLA and managing the same under confluence

CEO SLA (Chief Electoral Officer Karnataka) :

ERMS:

ERMS is a web application that supports the processes involved in managing the electoral roll and provides an easy interface for various stakeholders such as the CEO, DEOs, EROs, AEROs and COs.

It manages electoral roll data. The current system has a distributed architecture, and the revision of rolls is done in a distributed fashion. The centralized system (STEERS) provides facilities to track applications, monitor progress, improved security and process control and better data management capabilities.

VOTER REGISTER:

Internet citizens Portal has been done to facilitate citizens to submit Forms (Form6, Form7 and Form8). Through their Application No. they can trace the Status of their Application.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to maintaining database and keep track of the records of database
• Developed database structure and architecture to accommodate user requirements.
• Provides support to database migration to different servers
• Working experience on writing stored procedures, functions, complex queries
• Worked on issues related to database server and provided reports frequently asked by client
• Created triggers for maintaining History, Before & after update functions, so as to keep track of the record in Database
• Interacting with the clients to understand their business requirements and implementation of the requirements.

Department of Factories, Boilers, Industrial Safety and Health, Government

Of Karnataka :

This is a Web Application where factory users or entrepreneurs enter their production units quarterly and annually, which leads to the calculation of annual GDP growth based on categories of production.

Including that features like Factory Plan Approval, Registration of Factory , Renewal of Factory , Boiler Registration, Boiler Renewal etc are available so that entrepreneurs can go through the website instead doing these physically.

• Responsible to maintaining database and keep track of the records of database
• Provides support to database migration to different servers
• Working experience on writing stored procedures, functions, complex queries
• Created triggers for maintaining History, Before & after update functions, so as to keep track of the record in Database
• Provided support for data migration and also handled clients to provide the demonstration of the application
• Provided regular updates and reporting to the senior team members related to the development & functional activities
