Working with State Government PSU, I have hands on experience of E-office, Mahatender portal. Also aware of SOP's and GR's of state and central government related to IT.

I have developed attendance application for MMMOCL which includes application development, server management, testing and deployment of the application, which is currently using by 4000+ employees and saves 20lacs per year. Also through allowing vendor employees to use the application MMMOCL is generating more than 1lac per month as revenue. I have also developed some internal dashboards and websites to save the work and cost.

As an Team lead i was responsible for guiding, motivating, and managing a team to achieve quality product to fulfill clients requirement in decided timeline. I had to combine technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while also focusing on team development and morale.

Being a hardcore Full Stack Developer, I have developed many websites and application which are still live and used by clients.
