• AMC contracts for forklift, Special Equipment - DG, Hot Air generator, Boiler, Lab Equipment

• Consumable Items – Engg. Spares, tools, oil, Electrical Items, indirect material

• Job work activates for some special orders

• Reduction of non- moving stocks by salvaging.

• Department representative for external System audit & ISO audit.

• Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as quality, rate,

timely delivery & credit terms etc.

• Closings of discrepancies if any.

• Inventory analysis on weekly basis to compare against the benchmarks set.

• MIS work for providing valuable reports to higher management
