The company has a strong technical laboratory in house with equipments like Calometric testing, Helium Leak testing etc. BMR is a Bagla Group Company incorporated on Starting with Condenser business, through continual business growth today. BMR is leading manufacturer of seal system component such as Wire on Tube Condenser, Skin Condenser Heat Loop, Filter Dryer, Roll Bond Evaporator, Frost Free Evaporator, Back Panel Assembly and Heat Exchanger. Customers are Whirlpool, Panasonic, Haier ,IFB, Frigoglass,Voltas Beko,Liebherr and Godrej.
- Reporting to Plant Head & manager Quality about shop floor quality issues & Customer Complaints
- Conduct Internal audit as per schedule
- Raised NCR to supplier,8D Report,Customer support,new supplier development record of vendor performance.
- To prepare documents as per monthly schedule like , MIS Report, Supplier rating, PPM, monthly analysis for internal and external rejection
- Handle overall plant NPD activity with part making to documentation .
- To prepare Quality plan, Control plan, FMEA and PPAP
- Give training to shop floor people and new hires
- All documents as per ISO 9001:2015

- Every month give presentation to CEO for internal and external defect analysis, Quality improvement plan, Kaizen and Poka Yoke
