- Designing of batching plants (MT 3.0 IBC, MT 1.0 skip, 40 m3 compartment bins).
- Designing batching plant elements such as conveyor belts, hoppers, aggregate bins, take-up devices, staircases, ladders, platforms, admixture tanks, water, and cement storage, and the overall structure and frame of the batching plant.
- Revamped platform, ladder, and railings in compliance with CE regulations.
- Altered plants to decrease their size, enabling easier placement in containers, and preparing them for export.
- Created standard operating procedures and installation guidelines for batching plants, specifically the MT 0.5 Low Profile, and MT 3.0 IBC models.
- Provided serial support and implemented firefighting measures by identifying bottlenecks on the shop floor and making design modifications to reduce unnecessary time and effort.
- Performed on-site evaluations to identify customer difficulties, facilitated customer education, and made design adjustments to address challenges encountered in the field.
- The application of regular ECN led to alterations in existing plants, aimed at removing any recognized flaws in the design and drawings.
- I worked with the Putzmeister technical team in Germany on the Proline project, which tasked us with creating spare parts manuals for German machines.
- From Sep. 2022 to Jan. 2023, I worked at SANY HEAVY INDUSTRIES INDIA PVT. LTD. CHAKAN, PUNE, for transit mixer new prototype development, and streamlined the transit mixer products of Putzmeister.
- I was part of the team that locally developed a new transit mixer for Putzmeister called the P7 Plus.
- We saved Rs 7.5 lacs by researching existing press machines and proving that new vanes for mixing drums (for the new prototype) could be pressed on the same press machine.
- I got the Employee of the Quarter award for my diligent effort to successfully perform the transit mixer engineering support activities in Pune.
