• Set up IT processes and infrastructure for collections, and facilitate the launch of the DBS First Credit Card in India through a joint DBS-BFL venture.
• Migrated the BFL collection system to the RBL ecosystem and established the entire process efficiently.
• Streamlined operations for center managers to handle center meetings and collections efficiently.
• Identified enhancement opportunities in the MFI sourcing application by engaging multiple divisions.
