First Abu Dhabi Bank is the largest bank in the united Arab Emirates. FAB offers financial solutions, products and service through its corporate and investment banking and personal banking franchises.

Abstract: End to end performance testing conducted for application FAB Applications like ADPay, Ibanking, LPM, Enterprise IDP and PayIT etc..

Responsibilities in the project:

• Understanding the non-functional requirements from business.
• Analyzing the critical business scenarios.
• Test Design- Developing the test scripts using Load runner tool.
• Enhancing the scripts by creating/implementing like Parameterization, Checkpoints, Transactions and Correlations.
• Test execution- Scenario setup to simulate real time user pattern.
• Analyzing the server logs and monitoring tool logs(Perfmon-Web & AppServer)
• Direct communication with stake holders about the business requirements.
• Identifying and Reporting performance bottlenecks.
• Test Closure Report preparation and presentation.
• Monitoring and Analyzing the test results and preparing test reports.
• Preparing Performance test strategy and analysing the tool capabilities.
• Reviewing Test scripts, workload model, test execution results and final test results.

Project Name: MiVoice connect PBX

Title : Manual and Performance Testing

Technology : IP PBX Phones (Web / Cloud based)

MiVoice Connect PBX system consists of web application,Desk-phones, Servers, Connect Client application for calls, IM, Conferences, Video calls, screen shares.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Bringing up the MiVoice performance setups on the Hyper-V platforms and VMware platforms.

• Individual contribution for the MiVoice connect performance project. Benchmarking on the new features in the MiVoice connect performance testing.
• Verifying the stability of the PBX and calculating the Means of the run during heavy loads on PBX.
• Running Trunk, Server, Desk-phones load and estimating the server stability.
• Configuring and working on the call control switches- physical switches, virtual switches for the MiVoice connect test beds.
• Tested developed websites for functionality and efficiency from an end-user perspective.
• Experienced in creating and developing Test Requirements, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Reports, Defect Reports for performance testing.
• Collaborated with systems architects and software engineers for development processes.
• Planned and executed scalability test case scenarios, benchmarking test scenarios for the new features using the slate tool.
• Possess excellent knowledge of performance testing tools like slate tool(internal tool)
• Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC)
• Expertise in User Requirement Analysis, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, Business Requirements, Business Rules to Prepare Test Schedules, Identify Test Requirements.

Project Name: Mi Cloud Connect

Technology: IP PBX Phones (Web / Cloud based)

Mitel offers Onsite and Multi-Tenant (Cloud based) PBX Phone systems. As part of Regression, we execute legacy TCs (both Manual & Automation) and new TCs added to the suite available for a particular Release. We regress the complete Test suite and announce the test results based on which the Mitel management takes the decision to go ahead with the release.

• MT Acceptance Testing: Conducted user acceptance testing to ensure that developed systems satisfied the needs as specified in the functional requirements.
• HYBRID TESTING: Bringing up the hybrid setup and doing END to END testing on hybrid. Working on hybrid testing which is the combination of premise and the cloud system in Mitel. Hybrid system is mainly used to communicate between the premise and cloud users.
• PBX Regression Testing: Executing the regression suite for the latest builds and performing the regression test cases.
• Understanding the criteria to select the test cases for Regression Testing.
• Prepare the status report of testing activities. Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities. Concluding regression test cycle results. Bringing up the test bed for ST setup.

Project Name: Cognizant Application Services

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding the Requirements and Functional Specifications of the application.
• Involved in GUI, Functional and System testing.
• Prepared and Executed Test cases as per System Requirements. Involved in all testing related documentation.
• Approached website testing from a user perspective.
  Documented all findings and assigned pass/fail statuses
• Tested developed websites for functionality and efficiency from an end-user perspective.
• Analyzed issues and provided feedback to development team.
• Expertise in problem solving and bug tracking reports using the bug tracking tools.
