Leading conduction of Thermography and Power Quality Audit and rectifying defects in stipulated time-frame
Monitoring electrical consumption trends and opting for all possibilities to conserve electrical energy and save utility consumption
Organising Risk Assessment (CSA) for all critical engineering systems & operational processes
Confirming adherence to IAQ parameters within facilities are as per laid down environmental protocol
Performing reactive maintenance tasks of JPMC owned plant & equipment
Adhering statutory compliance and conducting relevant certificates and periodic inspections
Formulating monthly reports on energy consumption, breakdown downtime, consumables usage and engineering related information
Interfacing with outsourced service providers to attend breakdown maintenance & preventive maintenance activities
Sourcing vendors with procurement team for evaluation of capability & taking part in techno-commercial negotiations as procurement support to finalize deals for project execution and AMC/ rate contracts
Creating database of vendors with escalation matrix to provide support for critical and non-critical engineering assets and crisis management
Negotiating AMC contracts as per policies and conducting AMC Vendor meet on quarterly basis to upkeep the health of engineering assets
Planning procurement spares as per revenue budget, making schedules, finalizing specifications of spare parts and establishing quality & quantity limits (setting MRP levels)
