Project - State Street Cloud Services [SSCD]

Description - State Street Cloud Services [SSCD] is a cloud data warehousing platform. We receive raw data from different source systems like RKS, OTC, PLM and WSO. Majority of the data was received by from RKS (Record Keeping system) application and it gets loaded into the SSCD DB through golden gateway replication process. Respective notify will send to SSCD once the process completed at RKS. Based on the notify message, SSCD process the data and extracts data into different file formats and deliver into respective clients through FTP automated process.

Technologies Used: Oracle SQL, Microsoft Azure & Snowflake.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Created SQL scripts to extract the data from the azure snowflake database into simple flat file in .csv format.
• Monitoring MOW applications end to end flow on daily basis and addressed the issues immediately.
• Detailed issue details and summary shared to end business user every end of the day.
• Fully involved to debug multiple data products on time and shared the issue details to respective Development team.
• Analyzing and fixing each data issues within the specified SLA agreement time.
• Created some Custom reports and dashboard for the end users to check the details and errors.
• Mentored junior developers through regular 1-on-1 meetings, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and career growth opportunities.

Project - Enterprise Servicing Platform [ESP]

Description - Enterprise Servicing Platform [ESP] is State Street ETL product which provides a complete package of middle and back-office solution to State Street clients. We receive raw data from various source systems, transform the raw data into readable format and send data to clients in the form of extracts.
Technologies Used: ORACLE SQL, PL-SQL, Unix & Autosys.

Roles and Responsibilities:.

• Creating new environment/instance for the newly on boarded clients and supporting them.
• Spearheading the meeting with client directly for Product enhancement.
• Attending all Major Incident and Management calls.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, gathering, analyzing and reviewing technical information to increase operating efficiency.
• Supported development, test and the production deliverables.

Project - Enterprise Servicing Platform [ESP]

• Supporting end to end application functionality.
• Resolving real time data issue in tables/marts or extracts.
• Working on application enhancement like fixing bugs, deploying baseline, supporting releases etc.
• Writing/Analyzing PLSQL objects to find the root cause or to fix the production issues.
• Automating processes using PLSQL objects and Autosys jobs
• Supported development, test and the production deliverables.
