Key Responsibilities:

• From more than 6 years I am leading a team of graphic designers & also working with subject matter experts in John Deere Training services department
• For onboarding for any graphic/multimedia designer I schedules interview, assignments and selection on the base of performance and required tool skills
• Provide overview and trainings essential for them
• Manage and monitor daily tasks and provide inputs and feedback to them
• Managed graphic designer teams and helped them in onboarding them into John Deere
• Based on expertise and skills available in each resource assigned and delegates work to them and ensured to provide the work on time and maintained the quality of work
• Managed the multimedia and resources budget and allocation
• I work with the team to develop and deliver great output with proper look and feel, visually match the subject within timelines as per the requirements
• I used graphical and visualization knowledge and expertise in system, process, and tools to achieve the objective of the training for the mentioned target audiences
• I collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Small Ag Training Manager, Precision Ag Training Mangers, Aftermarket Manger, Mid and Large Ag from China, to gather insights for work and project delivery
• To stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends I follows app UX trend and YouTube videos talks about new design trends, for example how we involve Artificial intelligence in graphic designs
• Pre-Sales: My role is a making a bridge between customer and development team by analyzing your customers/users, customer/user research, generate leads, freeze customer requirements, and provide solution on the requirements, worked on prototype, finalized the products
• I follow this flow for all the WBTs, VSG and ILT creations
• Understand customer needs and voice and make necessary changes in development and delivery
• Pre-Sales project examples: One of the example to show online work is as; I have worked with digital marketing team as there requirement to release a YouTube channel for John Deere India and launched some training content with the use of videography, to deploy on YouTube, I have analysis their requirement, set multiple meetings, from starch to final product I have worked on it, finalized the flow of work subject of video, script character video shoot to till prototype to deployment on channel from the subject

• My role involves creating UX research, Information Architecture, Site Maps, Interaction Design, Low fidelity Wireframe to Digital Wireframes, Visual Designs, design and develop eLearning courses in Adobe Flash, communicate and freeze the client requirements and solve the queries, Visualise and Design GUI as per the subject or services in Photoshop, illustrator, Adobe Flash
• Also have experience develop eLearning modules in Captivate and LCMS (eXact Packager)
