DETAILS OF PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

Project 1 : In a team as a Technical Consultant, my responsibilities are:

• Hands-on experience in OKTA administration.
• User creation, modification, activation, deactivation, and deletion in Okta, and the creation of attributes as per requirements.
• Managed the user life cycle in OKTA.
• Import users from external directories to OKTA, and manage users.
• Group creation, automatically Assign users to groups by using RULE & Manually assigning users to groups based on projects
• Experience with SSPR and self-service app requests. Integrating ServiceNow with Okta.
• Integrate external directories such as Activate Directory or some other Web Applications
• Set up MFA, MFA policies, Sign-On policies, and password policies.
• Integrate and configure different types of apps. Creating applications, integrating with OKTA, and assigning users to applications. Pushing groups to apps with enhanced group policy.
• Manage OKTA groups, app groups, and assignments.
• Work with system logs. Design, development, and implementation.
• Onboarding of applications and authorization servers in Okta. Enabled delegated authentication by performing directory integration with on-premise Active Directory.
• Setting up Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA). Enabled IWA for corporate devices to allow seamless single sign-on when accessing OKTA applications from corporate devices.
• Experience in deploying OKTA Desktop SSO and OKTA AD Agent.
• Familiar with technical concepts, products, and architecture (e.g. SAML, MFA, OKTA API tokens, Active Directory, LDAP, role/attribute-based access control, and ServiceNow, OKTA.
• Troubleshooting and analysis when an issue occurs based on system logs, reports, applications, user groups, and SAML Tracer.
• End-to-end ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshooting with all kinds of issues related to authentication and authorization.
• Worked on service requests and incidents.
• Maintained SLA for all different priority tickets.

Project 2:

Experience with SAML/OpenID applications that are integrated with Okta, both internally and externally, depends on the customer's requirements. Involved in user life cycle management, integrations, operations, and tickets.

Responsibilities:

• Creating SAML custom applications in Okta.
• I worked on profile mapping in Okta.
• Worked on creating custom authorization servers.
• Worked on OAuth/OpenID applications.
• Worked on SAML assertion attribute statements, and group statement attributes.
• Worked on administrative accounts for super admin access in Okta.
• Worked on different service tickets for application requirements, such as reconfiguring, app changes, application access, and addition of groups, etc.
• Involving myself in initial app setup calls to understand requirements.
• Creating different types of applications in OpenID, such as SPA (Single Page App), native, and web applications.
• Configuring the IDP and SP-initiated flows application for internal and external applications.
