Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) after actual survey of the project & tally the material status (survey vs. actual). Responsibility of GTP Approval, Vender approvals. Preparation of weekly and monthly report to senior management and client (WBSEDCL, NBPDCL, PGCIL, HPPTCL & DMRC). Cost analysis, Estimation & amendment. Preparation of Erection billing to the client & Sub-Contractors. Follow-up for Fund disbursement procedure with Client (WBSEDCL, NBPDCL, PGCIL, HPPTCL & DMRC). Planning and Execution of Erection & Stringing Work. Development and review project planning. Responsibility of closure of project after completion of execution job (Preparation of final BOQ, HOTO Documentation, Delay Analysis, final Reconciliation of materials) and follow up with client regarding the same.
