Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supported high-availability banking platforms in a 24x7 environment, driving rapid incident resolution and maintaining stringent service reliability targets.
• Monitored infrastructure and application performance and executed system health & alerting using enterprise monitoring tools to proactively detect anomalies and prevent service impact.
• Led incident management and root cause analysis across Linux systems, ETL & data operations, batch job monitoring, improving mean time to resolution.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve complex production issues, enhancing stability of mission-critical banking and payment workflows.
• Utilized Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow for system monitoring, incident management, change management, and service request management in enterprise environments.
• Analysis of ETL logics and backtracking of root cause of various data issues caused by duplicate data, incorrect filter conditions and missing data from source end.
• Performed Linux-based system troubleshooting and performance tuning strengthening operational reliability and SLA monitoring.
