• Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Generate insights that support decision-making across business functions (sales, marketing, finance, etc.).
• Conduct performance analysis and KPI tracking to measure business outcomes.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Present findings to stakeholders through visual storytelling and data-driven insights.
• Maintain and update dashboards for real-time tracking of key metrics.
• Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Collaborate with data engineers to improve database structures and data pipelines.
• Manage data integrity, accuracy, and access control.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, finance) to understand data requirements.
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes through automation or better reporting systems.
• Develop reusable data scripts in Python or R for repetitive analytical tasks.
