- Managing customer inquiries and converting them into orders.
- Collaborating with more than 100 OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and retail customers.
- Understanding customer specifications and ensuring product delivery aligns with expectations.
Technical Expertise:
- Finalizing Technical Delivery Conditions (TDC) tailored to customer requirements, based on application and production capabilities.
- Providing on-site services for startup, integration, and training at manufacturing plants.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitoring market trends to identify potential growth opportunities.
Product Development:
- Assisting in designing and developing new steel grades/products to meet customer and market needs.
- Coordinating with the plant's Product Development and Quality Control (PDQC) team to ensure seamless operations.
Growth & Strategy:
- Identifying new business opportunities to support long-term sales growth.
- Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration.
Travel:
- Regular visits to JSW plants pan india and customer sites across West India, Gujarat for new developments and working on the improvement on the existing ones
