Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and technically propose design solutions (HLD and LLD)
• Providing strategic technical thought leadership to the company in support of identified key thrusts, initiatives and customer opportunities
• Ensure successful end to end technical project delivery
• Ensure that projects are formally accepted and closed by customers, and that all project deliverables and documentation are completed meeting the required standards
• Work with sales team in drafting responses to Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI)
• Leading the engineering team to develop comprehensive technical solutions
• Ensuring successful execution of product demonstrations, POCs and POVs
• Acting as an escalation resource available to the company for internal, pre-sales and post-sales technical issues
• Prepare and assist in defining project scope, milestones, tasks, deliverables, and resource requirements
• Collaborating with the project management, commercial, and technical teams to meet project deadlines and budgets
• Manage and negotiate project scope changes, efficiently identify and resolve project issues and escalate risks and issues to stakeholders that require immediate attention

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop training sessions, tools, guidelines, and programs for deliver to clients and internal staff
• Deliver training in classrooms setting and via the Internet using remote application tools
• Schedule and conduct training for new hires during orientation process
• Assess training needs and develop programs for advanced technologies
• Design training material and documentation with primary goal of building internal training catalogue
• Evaluate training program, determine weaknesses, and redesign areas to improve over effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Consulting clients and providing appropriate security solutions best suiting their needs
• Design and implement solutions for clients
• Implementing security policies using ACL, Firewall, IPSEC, SSL, VPN, IPS/IDS, AAA (TACACS+ & RADIUS)
• Providing L3 technical support
• Investigating complex and specialist IT issues
• Allocating work to junior staff and providing training to new staff.
