  • Leadership: Leading product (9), analytics (24) & customer support (20) org. Built all the functions from scratch, mentored function heads & designed org structure to deliver on strategic priorities.
  • Culture: Set up data driven & user first product development culture, designed rituals such as monthly pulse, weekly product leadership sync, quarterly leadership OKR setting etc to keep the team members motivated and aligned in a fully remote setup.
  • Learning & Development: Worked with domain experts from the industry (Ex- VP Product LinkedIn, Head of AI Candy Crush, Head of Data Products Google etc) to groom internal leaders and help them grow in their roles.
  • Strategy: Formulated the product strategy to position us as a mobile platform with a large selection of games (15+), best in class customer support & differentiated features like instant withdrawals, no limits on daily withdrawals, fraud prevention system, verified profiles etc
  • Monetisation: Built several revenue levers to enable product led growth. Helped us scale to $120 Mn GTV/$ 6 Mn in annual revenue run rate within 18 months of our product launch with healthy unit economics (CMR ~ 35%)
  • Acquisition: Led product led growth initiatives for APK driven installs. Key initiatives include APK distribution on whatsapp, personalised referrals and free games on playstore. As a result we acquired 10 Mn+ registered users with Avg CAC <$1 in a highly competitive market.
  • Retention: Took key initiatives for building Skill based matchmaking, fraud mitigation system, user level personalisation system & wait time optimisation to achieve industry leading benchmarks ~ 50% M1 retention of our players. This helped us grow our users to ~ 1Mn MAUs and time spent to 6+ hrs/week.
  • Processes: Hired Agile coach to set up scrum framework for streamlined product shipping, launched in-house product monthly newsletter Stride, implemented OKRs for proper resource planning and seamless execution.
  • Systems: Architected and designed a suite of internal products such as personalised deposit offers (free to paid: 7 to 12%), task-rewards (cross-sell & upsell), spotlight and leaderboard product (ARPU: Rs 1200 to Rs1800) to enable efficient growth of revenues while reducing the KPI of Reward/Revenue from 50% to 25%
  • Policy: Worked closely with external stakeholders from Legal & Finance to set up user friendly product policies while meeting all compliance requirements.

  • Fundraising: Got backing from SV based accelerator Y-Combinator and Top tier Investors from US to launch B2B SaaS product for Talent Acquisition.
  • Growth: Scaled business to GMV of 10 Cr+ annually and turned company profitable within 8 months of business launch.
  • Operations: Established a fully remote team by building robust culture and internal team processes to manage our teams spread across US and India.

  • Strategy: Led the transformation of Real Estate industry by solving for Trust & Transparency via Verified Photos, Verified Location and Verified information.
  • Leadership: Was the first person to establish product org. Led hiring, mentoring and buidling product (25), design (30) & analytics (20) functions from scratch.
  • Design: Onboarded & collaborated with the acclaimed product design agencies from US & Europe to build world class user experience designs.
  • Acquisition: Spearheaded launch of industry first products such as Slice View, Online Rental Agreement, Free Property Valuation tool etc to reduce our CAC.
  • Monetisation: Led the teams to build several monetisation levers including subscription for brokers, ad-tech platform for developers, on-demand services for users etc thus reaching $20Mn+ annual revenue run rate.
  • Processes: Streamlined product development process via organization redesign into smaller Pod’s by adopting spotify’s agile manifesto to our use case.
  • Systems: Enabled our ops team to collect data at scale by leveraging mobile apps and reducing time to list a property < 1 hr. We were able to reach 1 Mn+ Verified Listings with Photos and 50+ verified data points while keeping CPL < $2 within 2 years.
  • Branding: Led the re-design of our product during Brand launch ($30Mn Look Up campaign). We were able to support spike in traffic from 2 Mn to 15 Mn+ DAUs
  • M&A: Drove Integrations of products post acquisition of IREF and Realty BI within the core product experience by working closely with internal & external teams.

  • Growth: Drove the mobile app tech roadmap towards 1 Mn+ App installs within 18 months of launch by closely working with digital marketing team.
