• Components conservation, having segregated package wise keeping different boxes all passive & active components separately in ascending order for R & D only
• Giving components to engineers as per requirements & maintaining excel sheet of R & D
• Testing converter, connecting thermocouple and multiplexer, as well as Datalogger
• Mounting converter inside the chamber in order to grab the Temp Value of components
• Writing the programs in User interface as per our convenient
• Checking Temperature & waveshape while the converter is running
• Making 60 Hz set up and arranging load as per requirement monitoring Power analyser Data logger value
• Fault find out. Before replacement of any magnetics Lm and Lkm value always measuring and writing the note
• New PCB visual checking before testing (whether all components orientation is correct or wrong) whether any wire touching heat sink or not in order to avoid catastrophic effect. Whether all screw of Y cap connected or not. Is there any unwanted solder ball or wire cut pc on the PCB or not. Creepage & Clearence as per UL 840 standard
• Failure unit device replacement
• Final testing unit observation all day long efficiency, components Temperature, input voltage setting, power factor, harmonics

• MARK_2.5 DC/DC converter, (55k Watt) control card/gate driver card testing & so on. (for Lotus Project)
• HY STAR Project 60V DC and 240Amp current (14.4kWatt) half bridge tropology newly started
• 60k Watt three phase (Bi-directional 2 Lebel voltage source inverter as well as rectifier) PFC Control card & gate driver testing (for Lotus Project)

• Thermal cycling test by dint of “ENV SYS Environmental chamber (ET 950) and Keysight (DAQ970A) Datalogger, multiplexer”.(IEC 62093 Clause 6.8 standard) (-40 to 60 Deg C)
• Thermal Test various ambient (-40 to 60 Deg C) (Observing Max & Min limit is exceeding or not.)
• Damp heat test (10 to 60 Deg C RH Factor 93) completed by dint of “ENV SYS Environmental chamber (ET 950) Keysight (DAQ970A) Data logger”. (IEC 62093 Clause 6.9 standard)
• Humidity freeze test completed by dint of “ENV SYS Environmental chamber (ET 950) Keysight (DAQ970A) Data logger”.(IEC 62093 Clause 6.7 standard) (-40 to 60 Deg C and R H Factor 85)
• Transformer short circuit test (UL) completed by dint of “Keysight Data logger” and User interface, DSO current probe and Rogowski coil
• Mosfet short circuit test of full bridge. (UL)
• Bus link capacitor test.(IEC 62093 Clause 6.5 standard) (25 to 60 Deg C, R H Factor 65)
• Ventilation Block test (UL) 50% and 100% block
• Power derating test at ambient (61 to 65 Deg C) by dint of Power analyser “Hioki PW8001” and Keysight Datalogger, multiplexer
• Output rating test
• Phase loss test
• Phase imbalance test by dint of Ametek 22.5 Programmable power source
• UVLO & OVP test by dint of “Solar Arrey Simulator” power supply of Chroma
• Working Voltage test. (UL)
• Load regulation & line regulation test
• Dielectric test (UL) completed by dint of Chroma Hi Pot (Model 19073)
• Ground bonding test. (UL) completed by dint of Chroma Ground Bond Tester (Model 19572)
• Leakage current test (burn current & shock current) (By using R & C Network)
• Component Max Temp Limit test completed by dint of Keysight Datalogger, multiplexer & ENV SYS Environmental chamber (ET 950), DELTA M70A_260 solar Grid Tie Inverter
• Output short circuit test (UL) by dint of Tektronix MSO 2024B and LEM CT-LF 1010s
• Input wiring missing test. (UL) by dint of UI and DSO and Differential Probe

• 24v/4.2Amp 80khz (Dc to Ac full bridge) +24v/2.5Amp dc/dc converter (Toshiba project for railway completed)
• Single phase PFC 5.6kw development time worked (for 2U product of ENARKA completed)
• 2k watt Meru inverter (Input 48V output 240VAC)
• 1250-watt grid tie inverter testing & debugging control card. (Anchor project of ARKA energy)
