• Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible to check all the Assembly stages from Engine Pump Assy to Machine Roll Out.
• Responsible for Process Audit i.e CTQ, Manpower deployment, SOP Review.
• RCA of Daily Line issues
• Prepare daily line issues MIS
• Sending mail of daily line issues to concern department & asking for an action plan.
• To check the QG of Roll out Machines as per checksheet & Prepare daily QG MIS.
• Prepare monthly top ten defects pareto of QG issues & line issues & asking for QPRS and action plain from concern department.
• Update daily Machine monitoring sheet.
• Hourly Patrolling on Assembly Line.
• Providing Operator Training with Production Team on monthly top Quality process issue’s.
• Attending daily work meeting with seniors.
• Maintain 5S in the Office & on Assy Line
• Pre-Dispatch Inspection done as per Work Instruction
• Knowledge of major defects come in Backhoe Loader, assembly defects and common defects come in PDI Stage
• Ensure Zero accident in all operation.
• Responsible for repeated defect at PDI and testing stage
