  • I perform onboarding of various assets like warehouses, mother-hub, delivery hub, seller pickup hub, etc. I collect all relevant data required for data ecosystem from the stakeholders. I clean the data and validate it before injecting it into database.
  • I own the flipkart Pincodes serviceability (~14K customer Pincodes). The Pincodes have multiple attributes assigned to them like prepaid COD, cost limit, product category, shipment dimension, etc. I manage the data design and ensure the sanity of the Pincodes stored in the database. I have successfully handled 1.2Cr Source Destination combinations and 2397 facilities across India.
  • I am responsible for updating, adding or deleting of pincodes to the database with all source-destination combinations. I ensure that network routing is completely dynamic in the face of operational issues.
  • Since e-commerce data changes dynamically, there could be cases where due to data mismatch or data loss, the company could face business losses. To avoid revenue losses, I perform regular network data checks and resolve any data discrepancies observed.
  • To facilitate data driven decision making, I analyze large amounts of data to identify trends and find patterns, signals and hidden stories within data, visualise it and present it to the leadership team.
  • While handling escalations, I perform root-cause analysis on data-related system problems to recommend or execute corrective action.
  • Since I have multiple stakeholders involved, I collaborate with them constantly to understand the business needs and Identifying, reviewing and evaluating data management metrics and recommending ways to strengthen data across enterprise.
