Key Result Areas:
- Maintaining and managing metrics and reports relating to program costs, compliance, headcount and assignment tracking
- Leading Talent Acquisition Operations with a team of 10 members; establishing talent acquisition vision and strategies for robust organizational growth and the alignment of same with company goals
- Forging quality relationship with the internal customers & external recruitment agencies with a resultant increase in quality of hire and a reduction in hiring time
- Administrating the job requisition by un-posting the job, updating candidate information, tagging candidate to the correct requisition, updating candidate details and ensuring that the correct source is selected
- Selecting talent of varied skill sets through Adverts, Recruiter Websites, Social Media, Market Networking and searching our own Candidate Databases
- Sharing compensation structure with the new joiners & ensuring statutory compliances like PF, ESI, and gratuity & bonus
- Analyzing HR & administration processes, streamlining systems, focused on improving processes to promote reliability, increase simplicity and enable scalable growth
- Sourcing profiles through different channels like Job portals, mass mailing, company website, employee referrals, social networking sites, and so on
- Screening, shortlisting resumes and conducting telephonic & face-to-face interviews with candidates to verify experience, communication and availability date
- Administering onboarding / induction activities such as:
- Documents verification, process/policies orientation, completion of paperwork like contracts and non-disclosure agreements & leave policies briefing
- Registration of new joiners, maintenance of employee database, email-id creation & so on
- Supporting business goals with HR Framework around the key elements of retain, build, engage, excite & transform
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle functions (from developing JDs, specifications & advertisements to screening, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates till induction); ensuring hiring of right candidate for developing quality workforce
- Coordinating & collaborating with the staff & assisting them to understand & execute the defined policies & procedures s
- Building KRAs for all the staff across levels; imparting trainings to staff on how to work on the KRAs
- Entrusting with responsibility of supervising the administrative services which includes managing filing, storage & document storage
