Filing a Trademark Application -

• File and manage trademark applications under Section 1(a) (use in commerce), Section 1(b) (intent to use), and Section 44(e)/(d).
• Draft and submit TEAS Standard and TEAS Plus applications, ensuring accuracy in goods/services descriptions, and proper classification.

• Drafted contracts, agreements, leases and other documents related to corporate transactions.
• Managed daily enterprise-wide legal and compliance operations.
• Provided counsel to clients on a variety of corporate issues, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations and compliance with applicable laws.
