• Draft and submit TEAS Standard and TEAS Plus applications, ensuring accuracy in goods/services descriptions, and proper classification.
• Filed trademark applications with the USPTO under Sections 1(a), 1(b), and 44(d)/(e), including TEAS Standard and TEAS Plus forms.
• Drafted and responded to office actions, monitored deadlines, and managed the full trademark prosecution process.
• Leveraged AI-driven tools for trademark clearance, similarity analysis, and IP portfolio management to improve efficiency and accuracy in brand protection.
• Incorporated Agentic AI workflows, leveraging autonomous AI agents to streamline IP prosecution and reduce operational overhead in high-volume corporate legal environments.
