Compliances related to Right First Time (RFT) & supplier quality management to ensure operational continuity.
Leading audits for site, TPO, external warehouses & vendors sites as per Mondelēz Quality policies, FSSAI standards & auditing guidelines.
Led the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS).
Leading the validations & RFT for NPD, new processes, capacity expansions, FFG projects to ensure food safety compliance for business continuity.
Cooperated with engineering, manufacturing and corporate accounting to verify adherence to quality standards.
Verification & Validation of CCPs (Critical control points) in the process to ensure HACCP compliance to ensure food safety.
Developed & delivered quality & food safety requirement trainings 100% Shop floor colleagues and in compliance with site HR Education & Training (E&T) pillar. Covered 100% employees for training.

Leading Integrated Pest Management (IPM) system for the site to comply with food safety requirements
Evaluates & ensures proper RCA/CAPA & implementation of corrective action plan drawn due to deviation and out of specifications results, customer complaints which may have an impact on product quality.
Integration of Focused Improvement (IL6S) and Quality Management System to meet the Consumer Inspired Quality using methodologies such as IL6s tools, KAIZEN, QA matrices, SGAs competition, R&R.
