Ø Workday Absence Management:
Created multiple country-specific Time off Plans, Time Off’s and Leave of Absence Plans.
Configured Accrual calculations and Eligibility conditions for the time off plan. Configured Business Process for Request Time Off, Request LOA and Return from LOA.
Ø Workday Time Tracking:
Created multiple country-specific Time Entry Codes, Time Entry Templates and Overtime Calculations and Calculation Tags.
Maintained Time Calculation Priorities and created Time Entry Validations.
Ø Workday Benefits:
Configured multiple Benefit Plans in Workday across different categories of benefits such as Health Care Plans, Insurance Benefit Plans, Retirement Plans and Additional Benefit Plans.
Created multiple benefit events and configured enrollment rules for enrolling and waiving plans.
Configured Enrollment Instructions and Cross Plan Dependencies.
