• Solving problems arising in Quality fitments, Surface audits, and Measurement report due to Process / Equipment planning.  Involving in Process audit with production & Quality team and taking corrective action for NG points.
• Worked in New Model Jig & Fixture & Machinery Installation by Layout Study & Process improvements to reduce fatigue safety & unwanted process by Lean manufacturing & KAIZEN.
• Active participation during trial production of BIW Quality Confirmation - Implementing modification for quality Assurance, corrosion control and cost saving.
• Involve Interfacing with manufacturing, maintenance and QC to ensure Gap & Flush integrity.
• Experience in Parts Quality, Process Quality and Customer Quality of Assembly.
• Working Experience in the development of welding jigs, templates and gauges in the fabrication and also in assembly section for better output, Analysis BIW Shell Precision & Take Corrective Action by Compensation Parts / Jigs & Fixture
• Working Experience in inline Quality problems Improvement – Body / Paint / Assembly (Gap & Flush, Welding Defects, Appearance Defects, Function & Fitment problems, Exterior & Interior trim parts matching aesthetic, Water leak, wind noise, Drumming noise, Squeak noise).
• Experience in Supplier and Manpower Handling During Project Facility Implementation Stage.
