Costing Management : Prepare a effective and realist approach in costing which reflects actual numbers for P&L. Also analyse and control key component of P&L ensuring higher profitability.

Manpower Management : Training and upgrading the skills of manpower with Optimum utilization.

Leading role in Audits : Facing frequent internal and external audits & ensure compliances.
