  • Joined after during COVID-19 situation after compliance issue broke out. Virtual joining with tough situation of Local organization in terms of Motivation/systems and performance.
  • Defined Vision of the Location Organization setup for next 18 Months with a well-defined KPI based upon local challenges.
  • Significant improvement in Inventory, throughput and Cost of Non quality due to collective involvement and structured approach of the team. ITR improved from 5 to 9 within a span of 3 Months.
  • Monthly Breakeven achieved with 20% less sales within 5 Months of joining during Covid scenario.
  • Setup a Global technology Centre and Testing Validation Centre focusing on Indian Market needs and Global requirements on Technology products thereby reducing the development cost and Time to launch Products.   • Company Overview: (Euro 10 Billion Euro German Supplier for Chassis parts)
  • Credentials of placing Benteler India (2 Plants) on track (with highest EBIT in Asia Pacific) within 16 months of joining. This was a significant turnaround from a loss-making Country Setup to a profit making.
  • Substantial increase in the quality ranking of Employee rationalization (from 42 to top 2) as per Benteler team Manufacturing requirement in the Benteler Worldwide Component Plants. (Among 73 Plants)
  • Applied Lean principle in the factory and created enough space to accommodate investments in the same premises and closing outside warehouse of area 3000 square meters.
