  • Building various channels of delivery such as CPA, Branches, DSAs. Liaison with internal groups like Elite Trade Group, Business Banking Group and Retail Cross Sell team for cross selling SBL to their existing customers.
  • Undertaking Marketing activities to increase penetration and widen customer base.
  • Preparation of CAMs (Preparation of the loan proposal based on Financials, Cash flow analysis and Market references), taking approvals from risk and follow up till disbursements.
  • Ensuring compliance with Bank's internal guidelines and related directives.
  • Managing portfolio delinquency and ensuring delinquency levels were restricted within the stipulated norms.
