• Handled team of 45 members which includes Executives, SME's, Quality and Training team
• Maintaining client relationship and catering to their business requirement by engaging in value add conversations
• Responsible to prepare weekly and monthly business reviews and present it to client leadership
• Taking end to end to ownership of process
• Responsible for transforming capability of teams through Hiring ,training, developing and coaching the team to release their potential and maximize performance
• Work closely with various support function teams like Quality, Training , Technology , MIS teams etc and ensure daily operations are carried out as per the set benchmarks
• Understanding and assessing the strengths of the team and designing an operating model that optimizes these strengths to deliver business objectives and goals
• Design, build and implement team strategy , aligned to the teams strengths within budgeted boundaries
• Maintain a strong sense of focus on results, driving tasks and projects to completion
• Approach problems and arguments by breaking them down systematically and objectively
• Come up with new ideas and original solutions to move things forward
• Take responsibility for influencing and motivating others to contribute to the goals and success of team and Organization.
• Work cooperatively with others to overcome conflict and build towards a common goal
