Assistant Manager (Operation)
- Handle Tata Power and Adani Electricity processes
- Manage the manpower recruitment process, attendance, and ensure timely task completion for clients as per SLA
- Conduct frequent visits to project sites to oversee progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Handle and resolve employee issues related to salary, i.e., attendance, leave, PF, ESIC, and medical benefits through coordination with HR & Payroll Team
- Submit statutory compliance documents (e.g., PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Labour, Wage) to client compliance teams
- Coordinate with the billing team for timely invoicing and billing
- Ensure clients make timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices
- Maintain accurate billing records
- Prepare daily, monthly productivity MIS reports to track project progress and performance metrics.
