NATMAT- Phase C of the project, aptly named the Canal District, comprises three plots: C1, C2, and C3. All of them feature Basements + Ground + Podiums + typical floors, providing ample living space spread across multiple levels, with a variety of unit sizes including 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom configurations, as well as 2 & 3- bed duplexes and townhouses.
In addition to traditional apartment layouts, this phase also introduces townhouses on the ground floor, each with its own garden boasting an attractive view of the mesmerizing canal. These townhouses offer a unique living experience, combining the convenience of apartment living with the privacy and outdoor space of a standalone home. Phase C of the Canal District sets a new standard for contemporary urban living in Abu Dhabi with its diverse range of unit sizes and innovative townhouse concept.
Plots C1: 2 Basements + Ground + 2 Podiums + 28 typical floors, offering 1- bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom configurations along with 2 & 3-bed duplexes and townhouses.
Plot C2: 1.5 Basements + Ground + 2 Podiums + 17 typical floors with similar unit configurations.
Plot C3: Basement + Ground + 6 typical floors, offering 2-bedroom and 3- bedroom configurations along with 2 & 3-bed duplexes and townhouses.
Introduction of townhouses on the ground floor, each featuring its own garden and a picturesque view of the canal.
These townhouses provide residents with a unique living experience, blending apartment convenience with the privacy and outdoor space of a standalone home.
Ground floor will have retail spaces, which will add to the convenience and vibrancy of the community, offering residents easy access to essential services
and amenities. Some retail parking has also been provided.
