  • In our daily morning briefing with all the delivery associates for the better personalities and well grooming and better communication with all the customer’s and remain Our Delivery Process and Company Vision & Mission and also how to be handled to the customer according to the situation.
  • Before the delivery dispatch in the morning on daily basis making the better Locus software from route plan area wise report and filtered all the customer deliveries with the proper customer address and phone number then handed over to the Delivery Associates.
  • After the Route plan making the DIP Report and circulate to HOD /CC Team/ Store Team/ E- Commerce Team on daily basis.
  • During the Delivery Time touch with the Delivery associates and take follow-up with them . Once Delivery Has done at the customer place then change the status in CIMCSD and also updated in Customer Delivery Tracker Report . Finally Delivery Tracker Circulate to the HOD Team / Store Team/ E- Commerce Team on daily basis in the evening.
  • On daily basis need to be resolve delivery related complained from the customer side & store side & E- Commerce side .
  • Proper maintain the Customer feedback report on daily basis /weekly basis and take the mystery audit about our delivery associates during the Happy Calling with the Customer`s
  • As per the delivery process all the customer delivery are to be completed after that customer place from pick the (Defectives and Trading) to the customers and submit in DC and Stores . If any issue / Delay from our side like that “ Vehicle Breakdown / Vehicle No Entry or any other incident “Immediately inform to Customer Care team as well as informed to customer.
  • Making the planning for better dispatch from the DC to Other far store & Customer home deliveries.
  • Making the MIS Report & same circulate to the DC Manager along with the zonal MIS team.
  • Make the Order Cancellation Report from the SAP and circulate to the Warehouse Team and Zonal Team.
  • As per the Customers Delivery Count and our route plan according exact No of Vehicle Placement requirement given to the Transport Vendor In the Evening Befour 08:30 PM for Delhi and NCR for other States Also Punjab , Rajasthan , Madhya Pardesh , Lukhnow.
  • Created and implemented supply chain processes for efficient logistics operations.
  • Optimized inventory levels by monitoring stock movements, forecasting demand, and adjusting purchasing plans accordingly.

  • All Eway Bills filled for all NCR and other states Vehicles according to GST Department Terms of Conditions.

  • Proper work on Customer Address according to Route Plan if Customer Purchase the product from delhi and he want delivery in Punjab so send the same product on Customer demand and Customer Given Address in Punjab like this a big counting in this type of Deliveries come us on daily Basis and do all the deliveries on time with out and Issue .

  • Cim Csd Customer Software daily update which that Customer Manifest make all delivery associates All customers Receiving take on Cim Csd Delivery Manifests .

  • Locus Delivery Tracker software daily update All delivery associates all the products load in Vehicle according to Locus Route Plan and All delivery associates have a Locus ID All ID can Log in his phone and then deliver the product at customer then take minimum four photos infrount the customer because product deliver without defective and without bad condition of product and like also Excuses are No of Customer after that soft copy Customer receiving take from his phone and delivery associates delivery done and delivery Completed in Locus delivery Tracker ,

  • All work done in three Software’s SAP , CIMCSD , LOCUS and Eway Bill filled in GST portal .
