• Manage and delivering the Projects including conceptual and detailed design and execution on-time, within scope and within budget
• Overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
• Managing projects through all phases of the project life cycle requirements, analysis, development, testing, and implementation planning with the help of the team reporting into you.
• Completion of campaigns and modifications within approved time & cost

Completion of campaigns and modifications within approved time & cost:

• Material planning and procurement with the help of purchase department.
• Adequate manpower planning and allocation.
• Monitoring of Campaign progress and taking counter–measures

Maximize Equipment availability:

• Monitoring of equipment downtime by focusing on finding the root cause of the problem.
• Planning & monitoring of spare parts management and availability of mandatory spares.
• To analyze and take counter–measures on repetitive failures.
• Analysis of failures and suggestion for design change

R & M cost reduction:

• Identify and recommend new vendors to get substitute of imported items.
• Planning & review of spares and inventory control.
• Corrective actions for reduction of recurring failures.

Implementing best practices and systems under IMS comprising of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001:

• Ensure documentation is complete in all respect and are available for audit.
• Review of systems and procedures to ensure that latest version is in use.

Self and subordinate development:

• Training need identification and role–based training program.
• To develop skill matrix to upgrade team capabilities and make them multi skilled.
• Arranging training from OEM's and vendors.
