- Conducted security surveys across multiple projects to rationalize deployment of security personnel and assess the effectiveness of security arrangements, as Head of the Security Division.
- Led and supervised all infrastructure development and maintenance works for the NHPC Office Complex and Residential Colony at Faridabad, as Head of the Estate Management Services Division.

- Served as Chief Executive Officer of Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Limited (LTHPL) and Head of Project for Teesta-VI Hydroelectric Project (500 MW).
- Led strategic evaluation and advisory inputs for NHPC’s acquisition of Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Limited under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. The acquisition was completed at ₹897.5 crore against admitted claims of ₹2,535 crore, setting a precedent as the first PSU-led acquisition under IBC. Contributed to resolution planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder negotiations, enabling revival of a 500 MW hydropower project.
- Contributed significantly to the formulation and implementation of the Resolution Plan for LTHPL; the role in developing and executing the plan was formally acknowledged through an appreciation letter issued by the then Chairman & Managing Director.
- Prepared the Resolution Plan for acquisition of Jal Power Limited, developer of the 120 MW Rangit-IV Project in Sikkim, at an acquisition cost of ₹165 crore against an admitted claim of ₹1,322.59 crore, with approximately 30% project progress achieved at the time.
- Contributed to the construction of major components of Chamera-III Power Station, including the Powerhouse, Surge Shaft, Head Race Tunnel, and associated structures. Led multidisciplinary construction teams and coordinated closely with contractors to achieve key project milestones.

- Played a key role in securing investment approvals, including PIB clearance and CCEA approval, for major projects such as Tanakpur, Chamera-II, Dhauliganga Stage-I, and Subansiri Lower. Also contributed significantly to securing Mega Power Policy benefits for projects including Parbati-III, Subansiri Lower, Parbati-II, and Teesta-V.
- Took initiative in arranging soft-loan financing for Dhauliganga Stage-I (280 MW), which had received CCEA approval in 1991 but remained stalled for over five years due to lack of financial tie-up. Successfully facilitated long-term financing through JBIC in 1996, enabling project commencement.
- Actively contributed to the formulation of the Hydro Power Policy, 1998, for which the contribution was formally recognized through an incentive.
