• Land Acquisition & Statutory Compliance: Directed land acquisition processes including LDD process of UP & Rajasthan with the help of ground team across multiple states (Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan & Chhattisgarh) and managed corporate affairs for statutory compliances of projects of multiple states, securing necessary government permits, regulatory approvals, and ensuring SLDC alignment for large-scale projects.
• PMO Leadership & Process Optimization: Led PMO functions for projects across Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and Gujarat, driving efficient project planning, risk mitigation, and resource management to ensure timely and effective project execution from development to delivery.
• Capital Planning for Chhattisgarh Project: Oversaw capital planning for one of our group captive project in the state.
• ERP & Project Tracking Implementation: Implemented ERP and COMPASS tracking systems, enhancing project monitoring capabilities, improving efficiency in tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with SLDC dispatch protocols.

• Led multiple utility-scale solar projects, including SAIL-Rourkela, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra projects ensuring regulatory compliance, timely execution, and effective communication with government authorities.
