  • Vendor & Contract Management - Coordinate with external vendors for pest control, waste management, deep cleaning, HVAC services, etc. Verify vendor performance, work completion, and documentation. Assist in invoice verification and monthly billing support.
  • Reporting & Documentation - Maintain daily/weekly/monthly operational reports. Prepare incident reports, client feedback trackers, inventory reports, and manpower sheets. Share MIS data with the Operations Manager and client representatives.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control - Support the Operations Manager in budget planning and cost optimization. Monitor overtime, material usage, and vendor billing to avoid cost overruns.
  • Escalation & Issue Resolution - Respond quickly to operational issues, emergencies, and client escalations. Ensure timely closure of complaints through proper coordination with teams.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identify areas for process improvement and implement new initiatives. Enhance service standards through audits, staff training, and technology adoption.
