• Monitoring and tracking resource utilization, including billable and non-billable hours.
• Analyzing resource utilization data and identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generating regular reports and dashboards on resource utilization, availability, and performance.
Relationship Management:
• Building strong relationships with project managers, engagement leaders, and other stakeholders.
