• Working as a Senior DevOps Engineer on AWS Cloud platform.
• Managing and Deploying microservices on Kubernetes clusters hosted on AWS (EKS).
• ELK and App Dynamics are the monitoring tools where we monitor logs, health checks and performance of our deployments, nodes, pods and replicas.
• We use Jenkins for build and Harness for release as part of CI/CD automations.
• Worked on Groovy and Yaml scripting.
• We handle migrations on different environments (Dev, SIT, PreProd, Prod).
• GitHub is our central code repository.
• Service Now for Incident management.
• Jira boards for sprint planning and tracking the progress.
• On-call support during any major deployment or hotfixes.

Project 2 : Premera Blue Cross, UK/Ireland

• Worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer on Azure DevOps and Kubernetes.
• Migrating Kubernetes services from PKS to AKS.
• Making sure all the service deployments are hosted on Azure.
• Created Kubernetes Service Connections, Resource Groups, KeyVault Subscriptions.
• Created CI/CD pipelines for each service and automate those pipelines for future deployments.
• Code changes and merging is done using GIT and pushed to Azure Repos.
• Extensively used yaml scripting for creating deployment pipelines.
• All pipelines are maintained in Azure Pipelines.
• Performed repaves, upgrades and patches on existing service pods.
• Extensive hands-on experience on Boomi portal for Atom and APIM management.
• Worked on Harbor portal to manage the container images.

Project 3 : Aviva UK (Insurance)

• Worked as a DevOps engineer on AWS Cloud platform.
• Microservice management, Cloud Migration, CI/CD automations.
• Creating value add to client by minimizing the usage of AWS services (reducing the cost to business).
• CI/CD pipelines deployed using Jenkins.
• Code changes done using GIT operations, while BitBucket being the central repository.
• Cloud migration of applications were done on Dev, UAT, SIT and then in PROD.
• JIRA boards is where we maintained all our sprint tasks.

Project 4: Humana Healthcare, USA

• Worked as DevOps Engineer and Application Support on Azure DevOps.
• Writing yaml files based out of existing templates and creating pipelines.
• Version controlling using Git.
• Building and releasing pipelines on Azure DevOps portal.
• Creating storage accounts, containers and resource groups on Azure Portal.
• Deploying VMs and Load balancers on three different environments (DEV, INT & QA).
• Service Now is used for incident management.
• Jira boards for sprint planning and tracking.

Project 5: Bank of Montreal, Canada

• Worked as Database and Application Support.
• Providing support to traders and clients who does trading on Bank of Montreal site using multiple platforms.
• Storing all trading data onto Oracle DB.
• Used CyberArk to login to cluster to check on daily batch jobs and logs.
• Managing permissions and privileges to views and tables in databases.
• MySQL database security, creating users and managing permissions.
• ServiceNow for incident and change management.
